SnagChat turns raw testing rants into structured bug tickets in seconds. Instead of breaking flow to take messy notes, testers simply speak their thoughts. SnagChat captures the screen, transcribes the friction, analyzes user-frustration level and auto-tags issues by severity directly in the browser. Testers can then directly push those issues to Jira - All that, within couple of clicks!
